bellabeautébar Cosmetics was born in New York in 2018. Now operating out of Sarasota, Florida, we specialize in a variety of Smudge-Proof, Water-Proof & Long Lasting Cosmetics. We offer a mixture of hand-made and manufactured items in order to appeal to a large customer base. Manufactured items are produced in PRC.

We are a Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty Free Brand.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns of used items unless the product is defective.

If a package is marked as "return to sender" due to an error in the address provided by the customer, or refusal of the package, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept cancellations of orders once the order has been placed. If you think you made an error, please send an email as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it for you.

Due to the high volume of orders, please expect 5-10 business days for processing time before your order ships. Selecting expedited shipping only affects your order after it is in the hands of USPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY:

International orders MUST purchase Route Tracking Insurance in order to be financially covered if the package is lost. 

The cost of international shipping is calculated by the shipping carrier based on WEIGHT and DESTINATION. We do NOT cover expenses due to Customs Duties/ Taxes or Import Fees. If you refuse a package due to duties/ import fees and it is returned to us, you will incur a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost will not be returned to you. 

Bellabeautébar is a Cruelty Free and Paraben Free brand. Most of our products are Vegan unless otherwise noted. Because we do not use Carmine in our formulations, Pressed Pigment Shades may contain Vegan Red Pigments (D&C Red 34 CA Lake, D&C Red No. 27 AL Lake, D&C Red No. 33 AL Lake, Red No. 6 BA Lake, D&C Red 28), which are not recommended for use in the USA by the FDA around the immediate eye area due to light staining but are approved for use in the EU.
